If you would like to talk with us, email us your phone number and we will call you, or call us at 706-556-1973.   Shipping: We ship only to Continental US. We send all products by Priority Mail. Shipping costs are usually listed on each item.  If you would like shipping insurance add the amount that Post Office Charges. That is up to $50.00 is $1.65 or up to $100 is $2.05. We do combine shipping if you buy more than one item.  Please email us your address and we will get back to you with a price for all your items plus shipping.  When using combined shipping we do require shipping insurance for whatever the amount needed. You will be notified by e-mail when your purchase has been shipped. We ship orders that is in inventory within 2 business days or sooner if possible. If we need to make an item for a special order the time will vary.   Our Guarantee: We will do whatever is necessary to see that you are happy with your purchases made at rockpottery.com. This can include replacing your item with one that better meets your needs. All items purchased from rockpottery.com come with our complete satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. In order to receive a refund, the item must be returned in the condition it was received.  Returned items must be received by us within 10 days of the original receipt of purchase.
